We offer a compact, multi-axis configurable single-axis piezo stage with X and Z axes. By combining multiple products, multi-axis configurations such as XYZ axes can also be achieved. The built-in displacement sensor type allows for extremely high-precision positioning when combined with a closed-loop piezo controller.
